NAD+OLOGY was founded on a single, unwavering premise — that the skin deserves more than surface-level care.
For decades, skincare existed in two separate worlds. There were the products that felt luxurious, that arrived in considered packaging and carried a sense of ritual. And there were the formulations that worked at a cellular level, designed by scientists for scientists, with little thought given to the experience of using them. NAD+OLOGY was created to close that gap.
The name itself is a statement of intent. NAD+ — Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide — is one of the most important coenzymes in the human body. It powers cellular energy, supports DNA repair, and declines significantly with age. When NAD+ levels fall, so does the skin's capacity for renewal, resilience, and radiance. Most skincare ignores this entirely. We built our entire philosophy around it.
Our hand creams combine NAD+, NMN and 13 peptide ingredients. Our hand washes combine NAD+, NMN, Copper Tripeptide, Panthenol and Glycerin. Each is chosen for a specific function. Argireline works at the neuromuscular level to soften expression lines. Matrixyl and its derivatives support collagen architecture deep within the dermis. Syn-Ake brings precision wrinkle-smoothing without compromise. Together, these actives form a layered system of cellular support that goes far beyond hydration.

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a critical coenzyme present in every living cell. It plays a central role in cellular energy production and DNA repair. As NAD+ levels decline with age, the skin's capacity for renewal and resilience diminishes — leading to loss of firmness, radiance, and evenness. Our formulations work to support this process at the cellular level.
Standard moisturisers primarily work on the surface — forming a barrier or drawing moisture into the outer skin layers. Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signalling molecules, communicating with cells deep in the dermis. They can instruct fibroblasts to produce collagen, regulate neuromuscular activity to soften expression lines, and support the structural proteins that give skin its density.

Argireline (Acetyl Hexapeptide-8) is a neuropeptide that moderates the neuromuscular signals responsible for repetitive facial movements. Over time, these movements contribute to expression lines. By gently reducing signal intensity, Argireline helps soften the appearance of lines without the need for injectable procedures. It is one of the most extensively researched cosmetic peptides available.
Syn-Ake (Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate) is a synthetic peptide inspired by the venom of the Temple Viper. It works at the skin's neuromuscular junction to temporarily relax muscle contraction — reducing the depth and visibility of expression lines. It is often referenced as a topical alternative to injectable wrinkle treatments.
Cellular actives operate on a timeline aligned with the skin's natural renewal cycle. Hydration and surface texture improvements may be noticed within one to two weeks. Structural changes — collagen support, firmness, expression line reduction — develop over consistent use, typically four to twelve weeks. We recommend daily application for a minimum of eight weeks to assess full efficacy.
